1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing bengalwin at bengalwin.onl, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them. All payment methods used to deposit must be registered in your own name. Deposits made from payment accounts belonging to third parties are not permitted. If a third-party deposit is detected, the deposit may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's registered payment wallet within 5 business days.
